Dorovia was founded as an extension of Neoma Capital Partners (NCP) to offer students a structured and legally recognized investment vehicle, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world investing.

A short story about us
The origins of Dorovia Capital LLP trace back to a passion for finance within NEOMA Business School.
Phase 1: Indivision (Early Investment Club)
Before Dorovia was structured as an LLP, the founders operated under an indivision, an informal student investment initiative allowing members to experiment with real investments.
Phase 2: Neoma Capital Partners (NCP) Formation
As the need for a more structured and educational finance group emerged, the founders established Neoma Capital Partners, an association providing students with insights into financial markets and investment strategies.
Phase 3: The Birth of Dorovia Capital LLP
To gain greater flexibility in financial operations and a legally recognized structure, Dorovia Capital LLP was created as an independent student-led investment partnership, allowing members to invest real capital while maintaining full control of decisions.
Today, Dorovia Capital LLP operates as a structured investment entity, allowing NEOMA students to gain hands-on experience in finance and asset management.

Dorovia Capital LLP is currently led by four founding partners, all students from NEOMA Business School, united by a shared passion for investment and financial markets.
Behind Dorovia Capital LLP is a dedicated team of finance enthusiasts, each bringing a unique perspective to investment strategy, risk management, and portfolio growth.
To ensure efficient decision-making and operational stability, we have chosen to start with a core team of four. However, as Dorovia grows, we plan to expand our leadership by welcoming the most dedicated members of Neoma Capital Partners (NCP) to join as General Partners within the LLP.

It is important to note that Dorovia and NCP are legally distinct entities, with no direct link between them beyond the fact that members of Dorovia are required to have a background within NCP.
While there is no formal or legal connection between the two entities, we have chosen to include information about Dorovia on the NCP website to provide transparency about its creation by NCP members.
